I HAVE FOLLOWED THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED IN CONFIGURING AN ALERT IN THE MAIN CHART ALERT SECTION. I GET NO ALERTS. IS THERE A LIMITATION TO THE USER PROVIDED DRAWINGS WHICH CAN BE USED FOR GENERATING ALERTS? THANKS, BOB |

There was talk about pay for support a few months ago. Would this sort of ticket / request fall under that category? If so what would the charge be for information on making this work? Thanks |

CROSSFROMBELOW (C, UDID (4)) AND / OR CROSSFROMABOVE (C, UDID (4)) .....AND i HAVE TRIED IT IN THE CHART'S ALERTS SETTINGS AS WELL AS IN THE ALERTS SECTION OF STUDIES. i HAVE USED ID0.SG1 FOR PRICE AND I HAVE ALSO TRIED INCLUDING ANCHOR POINTS. THANKS |

At the current time it is not possible to use one of these CROSS functions and reference a chart drawing on the chart. You are also not referencing the drawing properly.
