replay not working

I am still not able to get a chartbook to replay accurately when using the start date checkbox none of the charts in the chartbook start at the same date. And on replay of chart DOM the bid/ask isnt replayed even though im recording the depth history. i can only replay depth that is in focus in the chart book

What is the speed of the replay and how long do the charts take to load? Do you have Skip Empty Periods enabled on the replay window?

speed is 1 its almost immediate for some charts and takes about 1 minute for some others. Yes Skip empty periods is enabled. I found a way to get all them to play the same date which is to manually move each chart to the same time but there is a option to do it automatically that doesn't seem to work.

You should not have to do that. See if you notice any difference when you uncheck Skip Empty Records.

no still all playing different dates. Also still not showing market depth
