Need help choosing between 2 processor

Hello, I hesitate between these 2 processors for the use of Sierra Chart. Does hyperthreading allow the software to be faster? Intel Core i9-9900K 8 Cores / 16Threads 3.6GHz Intel Core i7-9700K 8 Cores / 8Threads 3.7GHz Thank you in advance for your response. Best Regards, Dorian |

From our perspective we are not really sure but in general we would say not to use hyperthreading.

Yes we think this makes sense. On our own servers we disable hyperthreading.
