[Programming Help] - Autotrade trade entries are a bar late

I have a very simple autotrade spreadsheet for trading setup with the correct alerts for triggering the trade. Sierra shows the trade entry arrow on the correct bar with the alert set to trigger on bar close so that the trade enters on the next bar to appear. Unfortunately, the trade entry is delayed until the 2nd bar appears. This occurs in back test and in live trading and it does it with a buy or a sell alert in cells K3 and M3 respectively. There are no other order alerts in the spreadsheet. Signal on bar close for columns K, M is set to 0 since the alert itself is set to trigger on bar close and Sierra shows the trade arrow on the correct bar with the alert but entry is not on the next bar but a bar later, ie the second bar after the alert. Needless to say, this is disastrous. :) What needs to change so it will enter on the next bar after the alert appears? thank you
