New laptop with 4k resolution will not support sierra charts

I recently bought a 15" HP Spectre 360 laptop and when I run Sierra Charts it will only display in 1/4 scale of actual size. I am running two Dell 24" ultra sharp monitors and no matter with I set scaling on it does not change to 100% correct size. HP says it is the application and it has not been updated to work with 4k resolution only 1080x1200. Does anyone know if there is a fix so I don't have to send this new computer back? Thanks |

We did already answer you here: Screen Resolution issues | Post: 173858 You should not have any difficulty with this. Sierra Chart gives the user the ability to configure sizes of everything. If there is something which is not adjustable and does not look right or is not comfortable let us know and we will make sure it is adjustable. Let us know if you need more help. Thank you I do need more help. I have tried graphic settings etc with no luck. I am not just talking about font size but this includes tool bar buttons, chart sizes, graphics, numbers, text are all staying in 1/4 scale of actual size. The opening dialog box message are in correct scale but nothing else. I have other computers that this is not an issue nor have i had to make any scaling changes. No one on the chat boards at HP have a solution either. There are other HP Spectre users that have the same scaling issues and they too have not found a solution. Thanks! |
