For my Historical service, I would like to get Real Time VIX symbols. Can you add that for me, or please describe what change I need to make in the account. Thanks

Yes, that is the one: on my Historical Feed it is: $VIX. On my Exchange feed it is: VIJ19. Neither one is R-T now, so I need to upgrade the Historical to R-T, or figure out why the chart on Exchange loads data, but will not update in real time after that. The preferred way is to get the Exchange feed to work properly, in which case I would not have to pay more money to upgrade the Historical.
