Hi, I have two questions about the FXCM demo: 1. Can I connect to my already opened demo account on FXCM (server:FXCM-USDDemo01, id:3882990) 2. If not, and you need to connect me to a new one, can I can use it for 6 months? Thank you. |

1. No. 2. An FXCM trading account has now been assigned to your Sierra Chart account. The particular account number assigned to your Sierra Chart account can be viewed on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" to "FXCM Demo Trading - DTC". Connect to the server with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Depending upon when you receive this message it may take up to two minutes for our server to receive the updated authorizations for you to be able to connect. It has been assigned for six months.
