Dear Members and Support Team,

Summary: The Study/Price Overlay study is not overlaying the source data one to one.

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1552459517914.png

When using this study to overlay a 250 volume chart under a 1 Min. bar, the bars from the source chart are not copied the way I expect them to be copied.

Obviously, I know that there is less space in the destination chart according to the time limitations inherent to that chart, but the study is misvorming candles, simply displaying less candles and giving them a whole different place. The price information is not the same as the source chart. I expect only the timing placement to be differenct.

What I expected them to be like is the same form, same structure, but crammed over eachother due to the limited space since there can be more candles per time unit on a 250 volume chart any given time. I posted the problems I am having in SC, in the recangles.

I am new to this software and believe I have spent well enough time(2,5 days) to fix this on my own before resorting to help. I hope I am missing something simple, since I think this software is superb.

Thank you in advance!

Hoping to be a long time user.

Ill

This is a 100% technical impossibility because the bars do not match between those two charts.

Do you mean that what I am trying to achieve is a 100% impossibility?

That the combo minute charts and volume charts will not work correct together?

I dug up an old image to try to be sure its clear. See the pic attached. It is just 2 candle types on 1 chart with each candle on their own time and place
