CL Chartbook not loading historical data

Problem: - Sierra Charts open properly - My chartbooks for ES and NQ opens properly and functions with no problem. - The problem is my CL chartbook. It is not loading the data (historical depth). It looks like 3 of the 5 charts within the chartbook load up properly, but then 2 charts get to about 65% and stop loading, and it jams up Sierra. I have to close Sierra.
