Ok, there is a date under: Main Settings-Date Range in File - To:, but it won't let me delete the date. Is there a way for me to do that? Thank you!

I sent the message log again for symbol ESM9-CME, charts #8 and #11. They intermittently stop updating. The other charts seem to be working fine today but chart #4 has done it before too. It's probably something I'm doing-just don't know what though. Thank you!

So you have some ESM9-CME charts updating but some are not? Confirm this to us.
