Hello SC, Now no charts are updating. Stock, indexes, futures. They are delayed, but the prices should be changing during the session which is now. I restarted the platform and got the same result. I pay for the SC data services, but they are not updating. This is frustrating. Please, suggest a fix or fix it yourself. Thank you. |

Thank you for the quick response. I see, but is a surprise. I paid for the package with IQFeed and got streaming delayed data included and running on other platform. The exchanges provide delayed data. I see on SC the delayed data, but they are not auto-updating. Why? Is it a big problem? I need to see how the Sierra codes run on streaming data during the session, even though they are delayed. Some websites provide that for free, i.e. www.freestockcharts.com . |
