No live data with SC Data Feed

Hello,

i'm running one instance of Sierra with my FXCM live account, and I'd like to run another instance with
SC Data Feed to look at E-minis for market depth and volume.
I have set up SC Data - All services - in the settings.
Unfortunately, the charts are opening, but I don't get any live data.

What can I do to get the live data?

I froze my futures account and I use the FXCM for CFD's only at the moment.
That means i can't access CME live data without the futures account and i'm paying for nothing for SC Data Feed ?

You have to pay the higher priced CME exchange fees. This is explained in more detail here:

Ok i'm going to deactivate the Exchange and the Data Feed. Although i paid for this month already, I assume I can't do anything with the data feed, correct? So I can also deactivate it right now.
