SC System Notification Message says that the IB/TWS version should be 9392 or higher. My SC is 1046 and my TWS is 942.1, november 13. I tried to download older versions of SC, but they failed. I have used SC several years with TWS, but now when I downgraded to the Package 2, it stoped working.

TWS 942.1 is newer version. This will work. If you are having trouble downloading older versions of Sierra Chart, then this is going to be an issue on your side. The available downloads are just simply files on the server. Package 2 does not support Interactive Brokers, only Bitcoin services. We have changed your package back to 1.
