Hello,

I've noticed that sometimes spreadsheet that is based on daily RTH data coming from chart has multiple rows of last session data. I'm attaching my chartbook and screenshot for your convenience. Data source for this spreadsheet is "RTH D 600" chart.

Could you please take a look and let me know if it is something that I misconfigured on my end? I'm using v1880, but noticed it in earlier versions as well.

Thanks and best regards

This is too complex for us to get involved unless you are willing to pay for the analysis time. You need to simplify this down to a level for us which demonstrates the problem.

Hello,

Thank you for your quick reply. This is not the "end of the world" case for me. I can always use work-around for this bug. This ticket is more of a "bug report" type. It is expected that there is some "misbehaving" in any piece of complex software. Sierra Charts code base is easily in a range of hundreds of thousands lines of code.

At this point it is your choice to use provided information and fix the bug, or just disregard this report hiding behind request to pay for analysis of the bug hidden somewhere deep between chart and spreadsheet functionality. I have provided as much information as possible for me to collect: chartbook with all settings, location of data source for the spreadsheet, screenshot of spreadsheet and actual copy of the spreadsheet.

Thanks again and best regards

It seems that this bug happens when market is going from ETH to RTH and my data source chart covers only RTH. HTH

We don't consider it a bug. Most likely what is happening is there is something nonstandard occurring due to the complex set up which the optimizations cannot handle resulting in this condition.

It is best we just just leave it as is rather than creating other problems and performance issues.
