Good Morning, I'm trying to receive charts containing the Dow Transports. The Sierra symbols page shows the symbol as $DOWT. Using that symbol, I receive a chart but no data. I have Sierra package 3, use Interactive Brokers (for my data feed which I'm connected to) & am running Sierra version 902. The error message I receive is "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information." When I click on the orange box containing this error message, nothing happens. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong so I may receive the Dow Transports chart data? Thank you. |

You need to set up another copy of Sierra Chart to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service.
