No CQG data connection...Want to get going with Sierra Chart!

I am working with Mark Sear at Intelligex and am looking forward to become a Sierra Chart customer.

I am trying to link the live CQG data to my chart. I have been told by NinjaTrader brokerage that I am set up with live CQG data for Sierra Chart.

The chart loads up fine and has the green connected box when using the SC data all services feed with bar charts posting but the charts aren't live...no price movement.

When I switch to CQG FIX trading data feed I get the red box Not Connected...the screen is grey and I get an error message that says...

Connection error message from service: CQG login unsucessful. Username or password is incorrect.

Please help me resolve this..I want to get going and start trading with Sierra Chart!
