Rithmic Topstep Trader connection

Hello, I try to start the Combine from Topsteptrader. I use SC level 5 and I receve Rithmic datafeed from Topstep trader. I have two problem in the connection. First one is the Sierra looks like conected and displays me candle sticks charts, majority of studies like depth of market, numbers bars etc. But VbP study in SC DoM does not work correctly. In candle stick charts the VbP works normal. Second problem I can use simulated trading in SC with datafeed form Rithmic Topstep trader, but Topstep Trader Combine does not see the tests of trades. All test of trade what I do in SC, the Sierra records for SC statistic. But Topstep Trader statistic in the Combine did not start. Their statistic displays every day in the end that Combine did not start. Zero days trades, full starting amount etc. Their support says me that it is any mistake on SC site not on their site. Have you some experience what do I bad in the case of connection SC with Topstep? |

1. Check the Volume at Price Multiplier: Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu) And then Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. 2. Having the second issue aswell. No trading has been recorded on their side depsite SIM mode has been disabled.

You just need to disable Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On. This is all. When it is disabled, the trades will go to the external connected trading service.
