Intraday chart only loads about 1 month of data for China A50 futures symbol CN

Intraday chart will not load more than one month of data for China A50 Futures symbol CN. I don't have any issue with another instrument Nikkei 225 Futures. Actually I copied the entire chart book for Nikkei 225 Futures to a new chart book for A50 and change the symbol accordingly to CN. Also confirmed all session times are setup correctly. Number of days to load also set according to Sierra Chart documentation. Also tried Delete and reload intraday data to no avail. My DTS is from CQG Fix. |

What is the exact symbol of the chart? There probably is not more data available from CQG.

The exact symbol is F.US.CNH19 on Sierra chart. I can load it on daily chart with the period I specified but it can only display about 1 month of data on any intraday time frame. Thanks! |

The historical data for this symbol fully comes from CQG. This is not something we can help with. If you only get about a month, that would appear to be accurate.
