Where can I get more details on the "New Order Reject" message (see screenshot)?

I tried to send this order from my second Sierra Chart instance and have disabled "Trade Simulation Mode on". It looks like Sierra Chart thinks this is trade simulation mode (see 2nd attachment)?

One additional note: in my primary Sierra Chart instance, I have enabled "Trade Simulation Mode on" and in my 2nd Sierra Chart I have disabled "Trade Simulation Mode on". The Order Rejection was from the 2nd Sierra Chart instance.

Refer to the following:

You need to choose a simulated trading account on the Trade Window.

Sometimes I have the “trade simulation” on instance # 1 of Sierra chart, enabled and have the 2nd instance of Sierra chart “trade simulation” disabled.

This is the case when i opened this ticket. I wanted to submit order to a live account from instance #2 and instance of Sierra Chart has “trade simulation” turned on.

Can this be done?

No, this is not supported. You can only do it the other way around. Where the second instance has Trade Simulation mode enabled but the main instance does not.

So, I will need to turn off (disable) "Trade Simulation mode" in Sierra Chart instance #1 and instance #2 in order to submit orders to live account for both instances. Please confirm
