I signed up for the Real time Data Connections, with the Exchange Fees for Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
Market Depth Included: Yes

Symbols: CME, GBLX, CBOT, CBOTM, COMEX, CXMI, NYMEX, NYMI

The CL symbol is listed with NYMEX. I have a TD Ameritrade funded account. I set the Data / Trade Service Settings to use SC Forex Data (FXCM) [data], which connects fine, but no CL symbol. I tried using my TD Ameritrade credentials within SC, and the session is closed by the remote server. When I connect to TD Ameritrade using the TOS Platform (Ameritrade's Platform), I can watch CL live no issue. I tried using SC Data - All services within SC, the session is closed by the remote server. The CL symbol is not found within SC using any of the above data feeds. I've checked the firewall, every SC exe app is allowed through to and from the internet. I can load and watch the live data feed for USOil or ZN or ZB with no issues using the Data / Trade Service Settings set to use SC Forex Data (FXCM) [data]. Can anyone shed light on this issue? Thank you in advance.

This is not making sense and cannot be a technically accurate description.

Follow the instructions here use TD Ameritrade:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AmeriTrade.php#SetupInstructions

If there is a problem connecting to TD Ameritrade, provide the Message Log following these instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile

You will see the CL futures symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol. Open a chart for the current contract which will be the April 2019 contract.
