[Programming Help] - Trading system based on alert condition malfunction

Hi I'm using the trading system baed on alert condition since a lot of time with success but I'm now having an issue on simulation mode (really did not tested on live environment since it could cost a huge amount of loss money). When the formula is true for the combination used on it, the system send correctly the order, but when the strategy is ended and the system flat, it continues to send orders forever independently from the formula. More deeply the system after the first action due to the verified formula remains active and will continue to send order and executing the strategy also if the next bars are not activating the entry signal. The system is setted to allow only one trade per bar to yes as per attached image. thx Alberto

Update I discover that the issue is only present if I duplicate a chart and make modification on it, whil estarting a new chart the trading system based on alert it's working fine, don't know the reason.
