SierraChart and windows 10 version 1809

I'm having problem with sierrachart after all my computers was updated to windows 10 version 1809 ,,
I know there are driver problems with 1809 but my laptops only act up only when I run
SierraChart..

So you are referring to Windows version 1809? There is also a Sierra Chart version 1809.

Sometimes the tabs and the menu are not showing , they're blank
and when I click on a tab, it shows a blank list.. and I'm not
able to close sierrachart. I have to end process with windows task manager
it only does that with W10 v.1809.. Windows 8 works fine

Ok, this is going to be an operating system level issue. Generally problems like these are going to be resolved by closing down unnecessary programs running on your system.

And minimize the amount of programs you are running on your system.

I don't have any other programs running on my computer when I run sierrachart..
all my computers have either intel I-5 or I-7 processor with at least 8gb of ram
maybe Sierrachart isn't fully compatible with windows 10 ver.1809..
I can use them all day without any issue until I open sierrachart..something is going on

We are testing Windows 10 version 1809 and do not observe this.

It could not be some kind of compatibility issue. That inherently makes no sense. This is simply some Windows operating system or driver issue.

As we have said before, the Windows operating system is deteriorating to an unreliable platform.

Well, it doesn't do it all time, I uninstalled windows 10 and installed windows 8.1; it works fine without any issue...
So definitely SierraChart doesn't work well with w10 version 1809.. And I even go back to win 10 ver.1803, it only does it about once a week.
