OK this is not necessarily a problem. Sierra Chart will automatically try to reconnect. Do you continue to see this?

No.It was a one off on another user's machine with average internet. Just wanted to make sure it was not something else.

No, it just means there was a loss of connectivity and there will be an automatic reconnect. It's OK to have that sometimes.
