I paid for service package 5 and for sierra Charts exchange. I was hoping that I would be able to use the DOM for my trading practice. I do not have a trading account yet. I have tried many futures symbols on the FS list but I cannot see the lather. what do I need to do to have a working DOM using the Sierra chart exchange.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

If you require real-time futures data, then refer to:

Out of curiosity would streaming delayed data work for you?

Thanks for your reply.
- I am interested in studying on the Dom movements of thick futures markets like -the 5 & 10 years US treasury notes, S&P E-mini futures, Bund and also thinner markets like - light crude oil, DAX, Gold, corn.

-Streaming delayed data works perfect as long as I have a working DOM. What I want is to be able to get in Sierra chart sometime after work and look at some of these markets on a daily bases while I learn also how to use the charts and its studies on a sim mode.

We have canceled the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account and refunded the remaining days for the month.:
Refunded 13 USD for Market Data Feed user:**. Refund for 9 days.

You can certainly do chart replays to watch these markets tick by tick:

As far as having historical market depth data or delayed market depth data, it is not something we offer now but we plan to later in the year. But this would only be for the CME symbols, at least for delayed data.

Hi
Would the SC real time and historical exchange data feed on it own make it possible for me to use the DOM on SC with stock indexes and some futures markets. if so, what symbols are available and could you send me a simple Dom chart to make it easier for me to start. Any available symbols will be ok.

You can get market depth data with the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed but only for futures. And that would include stock index futures.

But you need to understand the cost:
