Problem with opening Intraday charts

Hello, I have a problem with loading the intraday chart on Euro Futures ( E6H19 ) I am connected, but when i tried to open intraday chart on Euro futures ( or any other future chart ), i face this problem. I tried everything. I changed the symbols and i face the same problem. Doesnt load any chart. I spoke with AMP Customer support and they told me that everything should be ok, because in their information, i am active and enabled to receive data. |

The symbols you need to use are listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. Done. The chart on British Pound Futures is open now and working well. Now I try to find the symbol for Euro Futures, but i cant find it. Can you help me with it ? Thanks |
