Strongest/Weakest historical Stock data

What is the best way to access historical stock data with regards to the strongest open. For example which S&P 500 stock(s) had the highest(or lowest) % change within the first 5 mins of trading. Is there a way to do this efficiently without looking at every stock in the index each day? Thanks.
