Hi:
Currently using CQG data and FIX for routing. I only have problmes with SFE exchange - other excahnges are ok (CME,HKFE,Eurex)
I lose rows of data from the Trade DOM as the market moves (eg will have 20 rows of BID available ob DOM but only 4 rows of OFFER visible on DOM) - the number of rows changes during the day.
Do you have any suggestions to fix this or reccomendations for an alternate data source if this is the problem
Thank you

Actually tell us the exact symbol of the chart. There might be a problem with the Symbol Settings. We need the exact symbol.

Great - Thank you
The symbol I am using is F.US.APH19
I am trying to use the APH9 contract for the SPI 200 listed on the SFE

The Symbol Settings do look correct. The most important setting that could cause a problem like this would be the Price Display Format.

That should be set to 1. Can you check what it is on your side in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. You just need to first select the symbol on the left in the list of symbols and check the setting.
