Dear Support, In the recent 1872 version's DOM the Last Traded Recent Bid Vol & Ask Vol backgrounds do not automatically clear. Both the last traded bid and last traded ask background stay highlighted. Also I several times experienced negative value of the Estimated Position in Queue when trading live. Can you please check them or let me know if there is a new setting that affects these components? Thank you! |

1. There was a change in version 1872 to always display both the Bid and Ask Last Traded Recent Bid/Ask Volume Backgrounds for the most recent Bid/Ask values. 2. We will need some time to look into the negative values of the Estimated Position in Queue. Yes, we will add the option to either have them both highlighted or just the most recent Bid or Ask. Just give us a few days to get this done.

We have added the option Display Both Last Traded Recent Bid and Ask Background to the Chart DOM Settings window. When this is unchecked, the Recent Bid and Ask Background highlighting (when enabled) will work as they used to with only the single last traded Bid or Ask highlighted instead of both. Note that for new charts this option will be selected on by default. Look for this in the next Pre-Release (v 1876).
