[Programming Help] - Draw extended rectangle based on TPO Value hi/lo

Wold like to automatically draw an extended rectangle until intersection based on TPO Value area HI/LO. Is this possible? Cant find a study that would let me draw a rectangle based on another studys values. Im thinking that it may be possible but I just don't know how to set it up. Thanks for the help in advance.

did you ever figure this out? I would also like to be rid of the value are boxes around each subperiod letter.
