Please open the Message Log with Window >>Show/Hide Message Log.

Press the Send For Analysis button on the Message Log and let us know when that is done and we will check it.

We have now checked the Message Log and you need version 9392 or higher of TWS. You do not have that.

Download it with this link:
https://download2.interactivebrokers.com/download/tws40_upgrade_latest.exe

This is to update the standalone TWS on your computer.

The technical notice recommended to select EDIT..DELETE ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD...I did that just before I got your message. Now screen has no data

In the case where you are getting historical data from Interactive Brokers, that particular notice does not apply.

When you are able to connect to TWS again, you will get the historical data back again.

Please let us know the symbol of the chart that is not receiving any historical data and then send us a copy of the Message Log again by using Send For Analysis and we will check it.

Please let us know here when you have sent the log again.

I continue to close and restart Sierra, does not connect to TWS..interactive brokers keeps telling me I have the latest update..Been with Sierra and IB for years, never had a problem
