How to scroll on a 24 tick reversal bar footprint chart?

Hi" When I have the foot print chart open on a 3 to 10 tick reversal bar footprint chart. I can scroll from left to right with no problem. When I change it to a 12 to 24 tick reversal bar on the footprint chart it does not scroll and the 24 tick freeze frames completely. Just need some help please.
