Hi, I have activated market data of full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts.
My current Futures Broker is Phillip Capital.
Exchange Agreements
Professional Status: Non-Professional
Is Approved for CME nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange fees: Yes

I can't get the live data and only showed the historical data in charts.
Would you please help to setup it?

Thank you,
Caleb

How do you submit orders through Philip Capital?

For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

If you use the TT platform, we will have a solution ready next week.

Okay does it use CQG or Rithmic for the connection? We need to know which one.

Hi,

Not sure whether CQG or Rithmic is used for the connection. I am waiting for the reply from the brokerage.
Can I try CQG / Rithmic separately to test it?
Is there any instruction for CQG or Rithmic connection?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Confirmed by the brokerage, the connection is using CQG.

Is there any specific setup needed to be done on CQG?

Thanks.
