Data connection setting for Non-Professional trading account

Hi, I have activated market data of full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts. My current Futures Broker is Phillip Capital. Exchange Agreements Professional Status: Non-Professional Is Approved for CME nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange fees: Yes I can't get the live data and only showed the historical data in charts. Would you please help to setup it? Thank you, Caleb |

Hi, Not sure whether CQG or Rithmic is used for the connection. I am waiting for the reply from the brokerage. Can I try CQG / Rithmic separately to test it? Is there any instruction for CQG or Rithmic connection? Thanks a lot. |
