I use CTS T4 platform and I have access through my clearing firm to SIM CTS data. I have been getting kicked out of my data feed (won't connect via Sierra) keep getting sent heartbeat to server...no heartbeat message received. I asked my clearing firm they said to ask you?

Same problem here, cannot connect to CTS FIX data feed in Sierra.

Same here as well.
I also have T4 running off CTS as backup and there are no issues there.
I am hoping you will sort out a permanent soution for this.
Connection to CTS has been flaky for months.

We have contacted CTS about this. The issue is on their server side.
And yes we are working on a permanent solution to this.
