Hi.
I wanted to pay 54 USD to renew my services and got an error. Tried again and error again. The first time I did not put my card security code. Second time I did.
I see my bank account with a floating amount of 108 USD, which worries me because that means the payment was done twice.

Please help me out.

We are checking on this now. And we will clear any prior authorizations if we can but if they were unsuccessful they would not result in actual payment and will automatically clear.
