I take my laptop to a dialysis center 3 times a week. I have no problem connecting to the internet on their Wi-Fi. However, my charts will not connect to a server. Is there some adjustment I can make so that I can contact the server?

This is difficult for us to say because you are using TransAct and we do not control that connection. You will need to contact TransAct support about this:

I cannot connect with either Sierra Charts or Transact. Internet connection is fine.

They may be blocking certain sites at the center, e.g. gambling, adult, etc. and maybe trading sites are getting thrown in there?
