Dear Sierra Chart Support,

i work with 2 chartbooks: 1 provides 4 symbols, each symbol with 2 charts on 1 of my 4 screens.
When i drop a line and set an alert to this line i get the sound alert from every symbol and chart doesnt matter in which chart or symbol i have placed my mouse... so that works perfect.

But now to my problem:

When i got an alert in one of my symbols and i want to have a deeper look at that symbol i change the chartbook where i only have one symbol with 9 different Charts all over my 4 screens and the Quote Board to change between my 4 different linked symbols.

The Problem is when i work on that chartbook and i have a look on one of my symbols i dont get any alerts from another ticker anymore!

I opened all the other smybols as a small chart on this chartbook without a link to the quote board so that the symbol only changes in the linked charts but even then the alerts where not working...

I know there is the way to do it with the Symbol Alerts but thats not really the solution i am searching for.
Its so easy to make a config no. and a Quick load symbol on the lines so the alerts are already set when i put them on the needed place but its really frustrating when thats not working in all chartbooks so i miss a lot of trades!

I am looking forward to hear from you and would really appreciate it if you could help me with this problem.
I am also willing to pay remote assistance if you can solve the problem!

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Chris
