I have a footprint chart up but I don't have any ticks on it?

Hi' I have a footprint chart working along with the DOM but I don't have any ticks on the footprint chart? I looked through the forum notes and could not find anything. Do I need to upgrade? The chart is not blank it shows volume from left to right in green and red and large buy and sell orders on the chart and the VWAP is working the price is correct with the DOM going up and down. You need Sierra Chart service package 5 for this: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
