Hi,

I have not changed any settings on my charts but on logging in this morning saw all my price scales had changed on euro and cable. Not reflecting the actual trading price. I'll add a screen shot but assistance greatly appreciated.

Dan

Did you set any Price Multipliers in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 other than 1?

Actually, if you look at the bottom of the chart the date is completely wrong. That's not even a current date. Looks like that is data for another symbol. This looks like some kind of system level issue on your side.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

multiplier is one....

data delete did not help

symbol is what it always has been 6EH19. This works for the ladder just not the chart.

Any other ideas?

Perhaps there is some kind of incorrect symbol mapping setting.

Perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Spot on. The full reset fixed it all up. Not sure why that would happen. Anyway sometimes you guys get some stick for support but that was spot on and good stuff. Wanted to say thanks.
