[Locked] - All my Chartbooks are GONE!

Please Help! I just logged off and then back on and Sierra Chart did something that it hasn't done before, it asked me for my Username and password but it's been saved up until now. So I put my Username and password in and when it logged on it was like I was starting completely over. I had to add my data feed again and ALL of My Custom Made Chartbooks were gone.

Please tell me you can help get my Chartbooks back?

What we see is that you have an installation of Sierra Chart on your desktop. Unless that is intentional, that is not where you want to install Sierra Chart.

Exit from any running instance of Sierra Chart, and then go to this folder on your system: C:\SierraChart\

Run the SierraChart.exe file from there and you should be okay and have your Chartbooks .

There are also backups of your Chartbook's as well so let us know if you need further help so we can help you with that.

i had about 14 different chartbooks/settings saved and now they are all gone (templates/settings). please help.

i had save the recent chartbook last night named 11/13/19. dont see it anywhere.
