EUREX datafeed with market depth - activating error

Hello, i need to activate eurex exchange datafeed (21usd/month) and when a click on the Activate button then pop up this :

Error Activating 'Eurex with Market Depth' on account #1 on the Barchart system.
Failed to activate the 'Eurex with Market Depth' exchange.


I paid for realtime connection and need eurex datafeed. Where is the problem?

For EUREX your account is considered Professional, so you will need to activate the higher priced Professional EUREX exchange.

If you should not be considered as a Professional, let us know and we will contact Barchart about your account.

And you should be then able to activate the EUREX exchange.

Can you tell me please, why the connection to the eurex echange is not stable. I am repeatly disconnected.
