HI, I have gone through the connection of SC to IB TWS and while i opened a chart for HSf19 in SC which I see. when I completed the API connection to IB I got this error message and the data is not updating in SC. HD Request # 2 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for HSF19. The symbol is unknown to the server. | 2019-01-16 10:11:17 I have and see live data in IB for the "HSI Jan 30 19" contract and SC is logged in. many thanks Mike just in case I have sent the log "log data for request "Symbol unknown when connecting to IB" many thanks Mike" |

That is not the correct Interactive Brokers symbol.
