For 20 Real-Time Symbols: 1st connection is 25.00 USD/month.

But in recurring charges, I am seeing that next recurring charge would be 30 USD/Month?

Also, can you please see my account and confirm if I have done enough to get real time trial data?

----

Secondly, I have account with AMP and I will be paying them 25$ per month to get Pkg 5 on monthly basis. In addition to that I am also paying them "exchanges data fees".

If I want to get Sierra real time feed for CME Market Data. Do I still need to pay those fees to AMP as well (causing duplication) so that mapping of symbols etc would work?

Since your account is provided through a broker, there is an additional 5 USD cost for the data feed in this case.

In time we will be able to provide better data feed pricing which is part of a project of ours to provide unified order routing and market data.

You definitely do not have to pay the exchange fees twice. You can cancel them through AMP. There is no technical problem with this.

That's alright. But I guess if we put it on front instead of a click triggered overlay, it would be more visible, and you wont get this question next time from some one else.

Also, yea, lower pricing would always be welcome.

Rithmic which might be your most direct competitor in feed arena (and which you will be depreciating soon) cost 20$ with way more active symbols, where as with sierra's feed on sierra platform itself is costing 25+5= $30 for just 20 symbols.

Without going into details, we can assure you that our plans are to provide lower cost than Rithmic and more symbols than you are getting now, for the CME.

You also need to realize that Rithmic is earning something like .25 USD a fill as well. We do not capture that. Rithmic is hardly cheap. We are going to beat Rithmic on both the cost per fill and the cost for the data feed. Rithmic is expensive and will be expensive compared to what we will be offering.
