cant connect to newly reopend AMP account

hello,
I reopened my account with AMP, they sent me credentials but i can't connect with them to my siera.

I contacted the AMP support and they double checked that it is enabled on their end. Also i was able to connect to RTrader (ritmic platform) so they told me i should contact u to ask what is wrong there.

the screenshot shows the setup on my sierra - it should work

can u tell me what is wrong?

here it is. previously i waas connected to Ritmic without any problems (using OneUp broker). Now when i open heer with AMP i cant connect
