Preserve Tool Values Position When Deactivating Crosshair

I just updated to v1857 and noticed that the behavior of the Crosshair/Tool Values has changed since the version I was on before.
In the past, I would open the Tool Values Window and then left-click on the chart to activate the Crosshair and select the bar I wanted to analyze. Then I would left-click again to deactivate the Crosshair and the lines for it would disappear, but the Tool Values Window and Compact Tool Values Window would still show the data for the last bar selected before deactivating the Crosshair.

With v1857; however, the Tool Values Window and CTV Window will constantly update as I move my mouse, even with the Crosshair deactivated (but still selected instead of a drawing tool). This makes it very difficult for me to compare the values at a bar with other programs I have (such as my trading journal spreadsheet).

For example, I would select a bar that I made a trade on with the Crosshair and then deactivate the Crosshair by left-clicking again, and this would allow me to move my mouse over to my spreadsheet and input values such as the OHLC and certain indicators so that I could track my progress. However, with the new behavior, as soon as I move the mouse away from the bar where I made a trade, the Tool Values Window will start changing to show the other, irrelevant bars. I was able to alt-tab over to my spreadsheet today without moving the mouse for my journaling, but when I made a typo I moved the mouse to select that cell and that simple action (even with Sierra Chart not having focus) caused the Tool Values Window to update to whatever other bars I moused over.

Hopefully this description gives you an idea of what I am talking about, since it is very hard to show with pictures due to the constant updating.
I have Tool Settings -> Chart Values -> Keep Compact Tool Values Window Always Visible With Tool enabled and Always On When Chart Value Tool Selected disabled (when this is enabled then I can't even left-click again to deactivate the Crosshair).

I also know about the Chart Values Window, and that still shows the data for the very last bar shown, but this requires scrolling the chart back and forth instead of just moving the Crosshair tool around when the Crosshair is activated and makes it difficult to compare two bars by quickly moving back and forth.

Is there a way to add an option for the old functionality where the TVW and CTV windows would keep showing the last-selected values, please?
