cannot install a fulling working copy of SierraCharts

My Sierra Charts does not work properly. Most of the studies of my current copy are missing. I try to download the current copy under "Help". Once downloaded, it will not fully install. It says there are missing files. Please help.

This sounds like a problem caused by security software on your computer. We need to see the installer log after you try installing Sierra Chart. Here are instructions: Software Download: Providing Installer Log to Support We want you to install Sierra Chart using this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe And install Sierra Chart into the default folder. From what we see it is being installed onto the desktop. That is the wrong place. Do not use that location. It needs to be C:\SierraChart. I could not go into the SierraChartFileDownloader sub file. So I sent you the log from the text button labeled "Send Log to Support". I used "***" where it requested my name or email address.
