SC Constantly Disconnecting from Bitmex

Hi, My Sierra Charts has stopped working with Bitmex. It makes rapid reconnection attempts so I've closed it incase I get banned. I submitted a message log with 'Send for Analysis'. |

I noticed I have no issue connecting when using SC Data - All services

This is what we see: BitMEX Trading Direct socket (3) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2019-01-08 06:14:42 BitMex is closing the connection for unknown reasons.

Still ongoing ... I have no problem connecting with other programs that connect to the Bitmex API using the same key data. I'm wondering if it might be something in my Sierra settings?

Try creating another API key. We do not know. This could not be a settings issue other than related to the API key and secret itself. Also check Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Service Setting >> Server. It should be the Live or Testnet server as you intend. Ok this worked, thank you. This hasn't happened before (I had multiple connetions running from different programs). Must be that they changed something secretly on their end.
