The safe answer would be no but we think there is a custom study that does these but really we would not recommend it because it is older and not the most efficient implementation.

Kase Bars are simply an early implementation of Range Bars. To match Kase Bars, try using SC's True Range Bar setting, with no gap fill. More info here: https://www.netpicks.com/day-trading-tool-box-kase-bars/
