SC Data Feed Disconnects

I am using the Sierra data feed, and I have been getting repeated disconnects for the last two hours or so. Can't be my Internet connection, because connection and data feed to my broker, as well as other services, work just fine. So, what's going on, and when will this be fixed?

The real question is when is the particular ISP involved in the issue in your particular case is going to fix the problem. It definitively is not a problem with our data feed. It has been rocksolid and we have noticed no disconnections ourselves from a remote location.
