DTS - SC Data - forex data hole on January 01-02

On the forex and cfd symbols that I have checked coming from the SC-data ( but I think that that the problem is on all forex and cfd symbols provided by the fxcm feed) there is a 5-6 hours hole of data.
In the image you can see E6 CME on the right with all data from the open (18 NY) and partial EURUSD data on the left that start 6 hours later in this case.
Is that a problem that can be resolved or there is no data for those hours coming from that feed?

Not a good thing. Please, say to FXCM that price server must be turned on when CME is open.
All other forex broker around the world actually have that missing data.
