Hi SC support, can you please fix the grid coloring (bottom grid) in v1852 and above? What use to show up as yellow is either blank/black or white.

V1847 - Yellow color is correct

V1852 and V1853 - Yellow is now blank/black. On some computers it is white.

Hi support, do you know what current version release this will be addressed? We have a team holding off updating till it is fixed. It may be fairly simple, possibly just a configuration file.

Nothing has changed in regards to this, and this is very surprising to see any issue and we cannot reproduce any problem. We tried using a background color of yellow and it is just fine:

We tried both the 32 and 64-bit version. Same result.

Try recompiling the study on the current version. That really should not be necessary and we do not like to make such a suggestion because that should not be a solution. There is something else wrong.

Thank you for checking. What seems to be happening is in versions 1850 and above (including V1856), the color in question is derived from the background color setting.

Whereas version 1847 and below the color is defined as Yellow from some other setting. In this case, Blue is up, Red is down and Yellow is neutral or sideways.

This is not clear for us. We need the line of code you are using to set the foreground and background color for the the particular Subgraph that does not have a correct color.

I will get in touch with the trading team technology lead and see how best to proceed and review the code with the programmer. Ideally, the programmer can contact you directly. It has not been recompiled for many months as best I know.

We really are not seeing any problem with this from our side. So we need to look at the code they are using and test it and see if we can reproduce the issue.
